Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On February 20, 2026, the United States Supreme Court issued a decision that tariffs imposed in 2025 under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act were not authorized under the statute. The Company is currently evaluating the impact of this ruling and any subsequent rulings by lower courts on refunds on its operations and consolidated financial statements, including the amount and timing of any potential recoveries of incremental tariffs paid under this statute.
