Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 11. Subsequent Events On May 7, 2024, the Company completed its purchase of GenesisCare’s 60% interest in the two RI Target Companies in accordance with the terms of the IPA. In exchange, the Company paid a purchase price of $2,850,000. Pursuant to the Second Amendment executed on April 18, 2024, the Company paid an additional $175,000 to GenesisCare for a Discovery RT OPEN OC Mid CTM on May 14, 2024.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
