Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 9. Subsequent Events On April 27, 2022, the Company signed a Joint Venture agreement (the “Agreement”) with the principal owners of Guadalupe Amor Y Bien (“Guadalupe”) to establish a Mexican company (“Newco”) to treat public and private cancer patients. The Company and Guadalupe will hold 85% and 15% ownership interests, respectively, in Newco. Under the Agreement, the Company will be responsible for providing a linear accelerator upgrade to an Elekta Versa HD, and Guadalupe will be accountable for all site modification costs.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
