Other Assets	(8) Other Assets In April 2016, the Company entered into a research and collaboration agreement with an undisclosed private company to access novel technologies and paid $3.5 million to support research activities and make an investment in the private company. The Company initially recorded $1.8 million to other assets related to this investment and $1.7 million was recorded to prepaid and other currents assets and is being amortized over the term of the agreement. At September 30, 2016, $0.8 million remained recorded to prepaid research related to this collaboration.
