NOTE 26. RELATED PARTIES

For some customers, we purchase grid products from WAVE for resale to customers. The total amount of these purchases was $34.4 million in 2024, $32.6 million in 2023 and $34.5 million in 2022. We also provide certain selling, promotional and administrative processing services to WAVE for which we receive reimbursement. Those services amounted to $26.5 million in 2024, $27.8 million in 2023, and $29.1 million in 2022. The net amount due to WAVE from us for all of our relationships was $3.8 million as of December 31, 2024 and $1.9 million as of December 31, 2023.
