ACQUISITION	ACQUISITION On October 5, 2015 (the Closing Date), we completed the acquisition (the Acquisition) from DowDuPont Inc. (DowDuPont) (f/k/a The Dow Chemical Company) of its U.S. Chlor Alkali and Vinyl, Global Chlorinated Organics and Global Epoxy businesses (collectively, the Acquired Business), whose operating results are included in the accompanying financial statements since the Closing Date. We incurred costs related to the integration of the Acquired Business which consisted of advisory, legal, accounting and other professional fees of $0.3 million and $7.0 million for the three months ended March 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
