Goodwill	Goodwill As a result of the Company's divestiture of the rentals businesses, goodwill was reduced for the Institutional Product Group segment by $4,518,000. The remaining change in goodwill from December 31, 2014 to September 30, 2015 was due to foreign currency translation.
