STOCK BASED COMPENSATION	13. STOCK BASED COMPENSATION During the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, we recognized $2.4 million and $5.1 million, $3.1 million and $6.0 million, respectively, as stock based compensation expense, which is inclusive of awards granted to our outside directors.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
