STOCK BASED COMPENSATION The Company recognized stock based compensation expense, inclusive of awards granted to our non-employee directors, net of capitalization, of $4.0 million and $4.4 million during the three months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and $10.8 million and $10.3 million during the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
