At March 31, 2016, there was a $0.6 million liability related to Portamedic branch closure costs, which is recorded in accrued expenses and other long-term liabilities in the accompanying consolidated balance sheet. Charges recorded during the three month period ended March 31, 2016, were recorded as a component of discontinued operations.
