Litigation	The Company is a party to a number of legal actions arising in the ordinary course of its business. In the opinion of management, the Company has substantial legal defenses and/or insurance coverage with respect to all of its pending legal actions. Accordingly, none of these actions is expected to have a material adverse effect on the Company’s liquidity, its consolidated results of operations or its consolidated financial position.
