Hooper Holmes, Inc. (the "Company") regrets to report the unexpected death of its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, William F. Kracklauer, who passed away on November 6, 2008.

At the present time, no decision has been made regarding a replacement for Mr. Kracklauer.
