On May 30, 2008, Sierra Pacific Power Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sierra Pacific Resources, borrowed $90 million at a rate of 3.14% under its $350 million credit facility with Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, to fund the principal and interest payment of approximately $103 million for the current maturity of its 8% General and Refunding Mortgage Bonds Series A due 2008 (the “Series A Bonds”).  The remaining $13 million balance of the Series A Bonds was paid with available cash on hand.  For additional information regarding the terms of the credit facility, see our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 and our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
