Amendment Dated as of May 9, 2008 to the Global Custody Agreement between JP
Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“JP Morgan” or “Custodian”) and each of the Funds
listed on Attachment A of such Agreement (each, a “Fund”)

     WHEREAS, The Custodian and each Fund have entered into a Global Custody Agreement dated as of April 12, 2007, as amended to date (the “Global Custody Agreement”),

     WHEREAS, the fund and the holding account listed below wish to become parties to the Agreement, and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1.	Attachment A to the Global Custody Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the schedule attached hereto to reflect the addition of the following:
	Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Trust —
	Advisory Portfolio V
	MSIF Trust Balanced Portfolio - Holding Account # 1
2.	To avoid any ambiguity, MSIF Trust Balanced Portfolio - Holding Account # 1 is a separate and distinct entity from Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Trust—Balanced Portfolio.
