Lease description	The Company leases its headquarters facility, comprising approximately 10,044 square feet, in Golden, Colorado. The lease term expires January 31, 2017 and requires equal monthly payments over the remaining term.	The Company executed a 50-month lease of a 17,426 square foot building in Denver, CO to accommodate the growth in inventory and support warehouse operations. The warehouse operations will be moved prior to year end from its current location at the Golden, CO headquarters.
