Other Events.

On April 22, 2010, the Company has filed an amended Form 10-K for fiscal year ended June 30, 2009, to revise its disclosures presented in Item 9A(T) – Controls and Procedures, and amended Forms 10-Q for the quarters ending September 30, 2009 and December 31, 2009 to revise its disclosures presented in Item 4 – Controls and Procedures.  These revisions clarify management’s conclusions on its internal controls and were made pursuant to a request from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
