Subsequent Events	Note 14 - Subsequent Events In October 2012, we issued 46,611 and 20,789 shares of our common stock to one individual and one company, respectively, for consulting services rendered. In November 2012, we issued 47,945 and 20,547 shares of our common stock to one individual and one company, respectively, for consulting services rendered. We evaluated subsequent events pursuant to ASC Topic 855 and have determined that there are no additional events that need to be reported.
