Net Loss Per Limited Partnership Unit	Net Loss Per Limited Partnership Unit At December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Partnership had outstanding 82,686 and 82,708 Units, respectively. Net loss per limited partnership unit is computed by dividing net loss allocated to the limited partners by the number of Units outstanding at the beginning of the fiscal year. Per unit information has been computed based on 82,708 and 82,848 Units outstanding for 2012 and 2011, respectively.
