Organization	Organization Century Properties Growth Fund XXII, LP (the "Partnership" or "Registrant") is a Delaware Limited Partnership organized in August 1984 to acquire and operate residential apartment complexes. The Partnership's general partner is Fox Partners IV (the “General Partner”), a California general partnership. The general partners of Fox Partners IV are Fox Capital Management Corporation (the "Managing General Partner" or "FCMC"), a California corporation, and Fox Realty Investors ("FRI"), a California general partnership. The Managing General Partner is a subsidiary of Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco"), a publicly traded real estate investment trust. The Partnership Agreement provides that the Partnership is to terminate on December 31, 2016 unless terminated prior to such date. The Partnership commenced operations on September 25, 1984. The Partnership currently operates one apartment property in Arizona.
