GOODWILL	6. GOODWILL As of December 31, 2011 and 2010, the Company had goodwill of $10,256,000, which is tested for impairment on an annual basis. Based on the fair value of the reporting unit, no goodwill impairment loss was recognized in 2011, 2010 or 2009.
