Aemetis, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022 (the “Q1 2022 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because the Company is still compiling information for the Q1 2022 Form 10-Q and the auditors have not completed their review of the financial statements for that period. The Company does, however, expect to file the Q1 2022 Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the prescribed due date.
