On May 9, 2023, during the third quarter of fiscal 2023, the company completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of, and assumed certain liabilities for, a U.S. construction equipment dealer. This acquisition was immaterial to the company's Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.
The company has evaluated all additional subsequent events and concluded that no other subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition in the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements or disclosure in the Notes to the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.
