Adhera Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file the Quarterly Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 on Form 10-Q in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense, as the Company is still compiling the necessary financial information to complete the filing. The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q on or prior the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

The Company expects to report for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021 that the Registrant lost approximately $1,688,000 and $2,630,000 compared to a net loss of approximately $539,000 and $3,283,000 for the same periods in 2020. The foregoing losses are prior to adding an over $2 million derivative liability charge. The correct number will increase the estimated losses for the reported periods. The results of operations are subject to change and the auditor’s review.
