17. OTHER EQUITY MATTERS

In the

nine

months of fiscal year

2017,

the Company paid dividends of

$7.3

million to its Parent to fund Sentilus LLC activities, and

$0.4

million to fund stock redemption and tax payments made by IVD Holdings Inc.
