Note 16 - Subsequent Events	Note 16 – Subsequent Events On June 19, 2012, the company agreed to acquire 75% shares of an insurance broker in Asia. Consideration of the acquisition is around $293,191cash and the total assets of the insurance broker are about $823,234. The acquisition is subject to approval of the local government and relevant application is in progress. Once the approval is obtained, the acquisition will be completed and the consideration will be fully settled in cash As of the report, the approval is still pending.
