WARRANTS	NOTE 3 - WARRANTS The Company issued warrants during the year 2004 with an exercise price of $0.0075 and a 10 year term. During 2011 all of the outstanding warrants were exercised and the company received proceeds of $7,095. At March 31, 2013 and September 30, 2012, respectively, the Company had -0- warrants outstanding.
