DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS	DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS: Acxiom Marketing Solutions ("AMS") business During fiscal 2019, the Company completed the sale of its Acxiom Marketing Solutions ("AMS") business, and the business qualified for treatment as discontinued operations. Significant income taxes were incurred and paid on the gain from the sale of AMS. During fiscal 2024 and 2023, the Company recovered $1.8 million and $5.4 million, respectively, net of tax and fees, of certain previously paid state income taxes arising from the sale of AMS.

The entire disclosure related to a disposal group. Includes, but is not limited to, a discontinued operation, disposal classified as held-for-sale or disposed of by means other than sale or disposal of an individually significant component.
