Contractual Obligation, Fiscal Year Maturity
The following table presents the Company’s purchase commitments at December 31, 2022.  Purchase commitments primarily include contractual commitments for the purchase of data, hosting services, software-as-a-service arrangements and leasehold improvements. The table does not include the future payment of liabilities related to uncertain tax positions of $28.0 million as the Company is not able to predict the periods in which the payments will be made (dollars in thousands):
