SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENT DataFleets, Ltd On February 8, 2021, the Company announced it had entered into an agreement to acquire DataFleets, Ltd for approximately $68 million plus assumed equity and additional retention incentives. The acquisition is expected to close by March 31, 2021.
