Subsequent Event Intercompany Liquidity Facilities Upon maturity on February 16, 2023, the November 2022 Promissory Notes were replaced with two $125 million promissory notes that each bear interest at a fixed rate of 5.9966% and 5.9937%, respectively, and both mature on May 16, 2023.
