Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 7: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On September 15, 2020, the Company entered into an agreement with Public Health England research institution for the purpose of evaluating the Company’s COVID-19 Rapid Test. On October 5, 2020, the Company entered into a sales agreement with a Ukrainian distributor. The agreement covers a four-year period and the total contract is valued at $480,000.
