Schedule of Minimum Future Rental Commitments Under Operating Leases

At December 31, 2017, the minimum future rental commitments under operating leases having lease terms in excess of one year are reflected in the table below. New accounting rules will go into effect for reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2018 that will impact the Company's accounting for leases. See Note 1.
