Subsequent Events [Text Block]	25. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to December 31, 2025, the Company effected a two-for-one stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. The stock split did not result in any change to total shareholders’ equity. All share and per-share amounts included in the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements have been retrospectively adjusted to reflect the stock split.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
