RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION (IN THOUSANDS, EXCEPT EARNINGS PER SHARE AND NUMBER OF SHARES)	There was no related party transaction in fiscal year 2014 as compared to fiscal year 2013, during which period a subsidiary of SHI International Pte. Ltd. owed $515 to a related party and the related party forgave the loan during the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The forgiveness of the loan amounting to $515 was recorded as additional paid in capital during the second quarter of fiscal year 2013 and non-controlling interest for their portion of the related forgiveness.
