RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION (IN THOUSANDS, EXCEPT EARNINGS PER SHARE AND NUMBER OF SHARES)	A subsidiary of SHI International Pte. Ltd. owed $515 to an Indonesian company in which the shareholder of the SHI International Pte. Ltd. has interest. The loan was forgiven by the Indonesian company during the quarter ended December 31, 2012. The forgiveness of the loan amounting to $515 is recorded as additional paid in capital and non-controlling interest for their portion of the related forgiveness.
