Note 11—Dividends

During the three months ended March 31, 2020, the Company paid regular quarterly cash dividends totaling approximately $15.0 million as follows:

Additionally, on April 21, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20250 per common share, which will be paid on June 26, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 22, 2020.
