Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 12-14, 2022, Brian Bird, president and chief executive officer; Crystal Lail, vice president and chief financial officer; Emilie Ng, treasurer, and Travis Meyer, director corporate development and investor relations officer, of NorthWestern Energy Group, Inc. d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) (the “Company”) will be hosting one-on-one meetings with existing and potential investors as part of the EEI 2023 Financial Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. During these meetings, they will be providing certain information concerning the Company in a slide presentation and will be reaffirming the Company's 2023 non-GAAP earnings guidance range of $3.00 to $3.10 per diluted share and 2024 non-GAAP earnings guidance range of $3.42 to $3.62.
A copy of the presentation is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
