NOTE H — EQUITY CAPITAL

The Company is well capitalized and at June 30, 2016, the Company and the Company’s principal banking subsidiary, Seacoast National Bank, or “Seacoast Bank”, met the common equity Tier 1 capital ratio (CET1) regulatory threshold of 6.5% for well-capitalized institutions under the Basel III standardized transition approach, as well as risk-based and leverage ratio requirements for well capitalized banks under the regulatory framework for prompt corrective action.
