RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 2 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of September 30, 2022 and March 31, 2022, the related party payable amounts to the Director David He are approximately $173,000 and $123,000, respectively, in purpose for cover certain operating expenses for the Company.
