NOTE D - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	The Company has evaluated events that occurred subsequent to December 31, 2013, and determined the following: On January 6, 2014 the Company filed a Form 8-K concerning a Change of Accountants. On January 13, 2014 the Company filed a Form 8-K/A to correct the date of change in the Company’s Accountants.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
