14.Related Party Transactions

Certain facilities leased by our subsidiary, Spectrum LifeSciences LLC (“Spectrum”) are owned by the Roy Eddleman Living Trust (the “Trust”). As of June 30, 2025, the Trust owned greater than 5% of the Company’s outstanding shares. Therefore, the Company considers the Trust to be a related party. The lease amounts paid to the Trust were negotiated in connection with the acquisition of Spectrum. The Company incurred rent expense totaling $0.1 million and $0.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively, and incurred $0.3 million and $0.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively, related to the leases.
