8.	Equity Investment

As discussed in the Company’s fiscal 2018 Form

10-K,

in February 2018, the Company formed a joint venture with Tourism Holdings Limited (“

thl

”) called TH2connect, LLC (“TH2”).

The Company’s investment in TH2 is accounted for under the equity method of accounting. Additional investments were made in TH2 by both Thor and

thl

of $3,500 in the three and

six-month

periods ended January 2019. The Company’s share of the losses of this investment, which are included in its operating results for the three and

six-month

periods ended January 31, 2019, were $2,216 and $3,699, respectively, and are included in Other income (expense), net in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Income and Comprehensive Income.
