SUBSEQUENT EVENT On September 17, 2012, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Krystal Infinity, LLC dba Krystal Enterprises (“Krystal”) for the acquisition of Krystal’s bus operation assets for cash consideration of approximately $3,900, subject to adjustment. The acquisition is subject to certain pre-closing conditions and is expected to close by September 30, 2012. The Company purchased the assets to expand the market share of its bus business and absorb the Company’s fixed overhead costs across a larger revenue base.
