CONCENTRATION OF RISK	CONCENTRATION OF RISK One dealer, FreedomRoads, LLC, accounted for approximately 14% of the Company’s consolidated net sales in fiscal 2024 and for approximately 13% in both fiscal 2023 and fiscal 2022. Sales to this dealer are reported within both the North American Towable and North American Motorized segments. This dealer also accounted for approximately 10% of the Company’s consolidated trade accounts receivable at July 31, 2024 and approximately 13% at July 31, 2023. The loss of this dealer could have a material effect on the Company’s business.
