Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 9, 2017, the Company entered into a 20-year operating lease agreement for our new headquarters location in Portland, Oregon, in anticipation of the expiration of our current headquarters lease. The new lease payments are expected to commence in 2020 upon the expiration of our current headquarters lease, and total estimated base rent payments over the life of the lease are approximately $160 million. The Company has the option to extend the term of the new lease for two additional seven-year periods.
