("MZA"), BlackRock MuniYield Investment Fund ("MYF") and BlackRock MuniEnhanced Fund, Inc. ("MEN") into the Issuer, 185 Series W-7 Variable Rate Demand Preferred Shares ("VRDP Shares") of MHE, 373 VRDP Shares of MZA and 1,425 VRDP Shares of MEN beneficially owned by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("WFBNA") were exchanged for an equal number of VRDP Shares of the Issuer in a cashless transaction.
