RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	13. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In connection with its acquisition of Power Solutions, the Company acquired a 49% interest in a joint venture in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The joint venture may purchase raw components and other goods from the Company and may sell finished goods to the Company as well as to other third parties. The Company did not purchase any inventory from the joint venture during the three months ended March 31, 2017 or 2016. At March 31, 2017, the Company owed the joint venture approximately $0.5 million, which is included in accounts payable on the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheet.
