SUBSEQUENT EVENT	13. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On April 25, 2014, the Company entered into a Stock and Asset Purchase Agreement with ABB Ltd. ("ABB") pursuant to which the Company has agreed to acquire the Power-One Power Solutions business from ABB for approximately $117.0 million in cash. This acquisition is expected to close at the end of the second quarter of 2014 and will be funded through bank borrowings and cash on hand.
