RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	18. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of December 31, 2012, the Company had $2.0 million invested in a money market fund with GAMCO Investors, Inc. (“GAMCO”). This investment was sold in 2013 and as such, there were no holdings with GAMCO at December 31, 2013. GAMCO is a current shareholder of the Company, with holdings of its Class A stock of approximately 33.6%. However, as discussed in Note 15, GAMCO’s voting rights are currently suspended.
