15.	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

As of September 30, 2012, the Company has $2.0 million invested in a money market fund with GAMCO Investors, Inc., a current stockholder of the Company, with holdings of approximately 31.6%. of the Company's Class A stock. This amount is included within cash and cash equivalents in the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheet at September 30, 2012.
